Dallas Cleland, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1978, died on August 10, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Doris Cleland of Albuquerque; son, James David Cleland and wife, Rise of Vancouver, WA; granddaughter, Elizabeth Cleland of Oklahoma City, OK. Dallas was an avid golfer and former member of Four Hills Country Club. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge in Logan, WV and the Scottish Rite in Charleston, WV. Dallas worked as Circulation Director from 1978 - 1988 at both the Albuquerque Journal and Tribune. He was a loving father and husband and will be dearly missed. Service will take place on Thursday, August 12, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. at French Mortuary - Westside Chapel.
