Gary Dean Karpen, 52, a life long resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2004. He is survived by his fianc, Marty Jones of Albuquerque; mother, Frances Green of Albuquerque; sister, Kathy Bodwell of Albuquerque; brother, Ronald Karpen and wife, Barbara of Rio Rancho, NM; nephews, Wade Karpen and wife, Gidget of Champaign, IL and Eric Bodwell of Albuquerque; and niece, Robyn Karpen of Champaign, IL. He will be missed by his "furry" children, Pita, Tuffy, Smudge, Tkim and Magellan. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held on Monday, 10:00 a.m., at North Del Baptist, 123 Osuna Rd.
