Elizabeth Miles Barnett, 78, passed away on August 5. She was a long time resident of Albuquerque. She is survived by her children, Phyllis Boyadjian and husband, John, of Albuquerque and David Barnett and wife, Loretta, of Sunapee, NH; a brother, Dr. James Miles of California; a sister, Carolyn Osborne, of California; and five grandchildren, J.D., Leslie, Laura, Lark, and Cabot. She was an avid rose gardner and the founding director of UNM's School of Physical Therapy. The family has planned a private remembrance.
