William Earl Scoville, age 88, a resident of Los Chavez, NM, passed away on August 1, 2004, one day after his 88th birthday. William is preceded in death by his loving son, Steven W.; and his devoted brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Agnes Mottern of WA. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Pearl R. Scoville; nieces, Wendy Mottern of NM and WA, Linda Arnold of WA, Linda Carol of NM; long time family friend, Gloria Rodriguez of NY. He is also survived by his niece, Pearl Nelson and nephews, Gary and Don Scoville of OR. William often spoke of having been blessed with wonderful and caring neighbors and friends. The family sincerely appreciates all of his wonderful neighbors and friends for their help and concern throughout the years. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2004, beginning with a visitation from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m., and followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at Romero Funeral Home Chapel. A gathering in celebration of William's life will take place at First Baptist Church of Los Chavez, located at 09 Los Chavez Park from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday following the memorial service.
