Howard E. Mills, 77, went home to be with the Lord on July 28, 2004. He was born on March 5, 1927 in Lemon, SD. Mr. Mills was retired from Duke City Lumber. He was a past President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and was a member of the Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Elisia Mills; his two sons, Robert Fredricks and wife, Cindy and family and Roy Mills and family; his daughter, Lavonda Poor's and family; step-daughter, Felicha Gonzales and husband, Antonio and family; brother, David Mills and wife, Darlene and family; sister, Marcella Smith and family; his grandchildren, Tony and Adrian Gonzales; and his great-grandchildren, Mari Gonzales, Tony Gonzales, and Avelino Gonzales. Howard will be deeply missed by his loving family. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support during their time of need. Private Services will be held.
