| Jack L. Meador was born August 7, 1951 and passed away July 21, 2004. He was a beloved husband, brother and friend. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW., on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
