Norma Gore. Our beloved Norma passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2004. Born September 16, 1920, Norma lived in Albuquerque for 79 years. She graduated from AHS in 1937 and majored in music and fine arts at UNM. She married Ray Gore August 28, 1938. Norma is survived by her husband; sons, Gary, and Larry and his wife, Marie; grandson, Jim and his wife, Fawn; granddaughter, Kim; and great-grandsons, Brandon Gore and John Schwettmann. Norma was a well-known and accomplished artist and retired music teacher. She belonged to Central Methodist Church, Eastern Star, Progress Women's Club and Cosmopolitan Women's Club. Memorial service will be Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Central Methodist Chapel where flowers may be sent. Assistant Pastor Molly Shannon will officiate.
