Carmen G. Turrietta, age 85, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 19, 2004. Carmen was a life long resident of Albuquerque. She is survived by her cousins Jose Gabaldon and wife Emilia, Tomas G. Turrietta and wife Rosalie, Ruth Raught, Barbara McGuire and husband Ken, Gary Raught, and several other cousins. Visitations will be Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. The Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Church of the Ascension. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at the Pajarito Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Tom Turrietta, Joe Turrietta, Richard Turrietta, John Raught, Ken Mc Guire, and Nick McGuire. Honorary bearers will be Gary Raught, Tim McGuire, Adam Turrietta, Joseph Turrietta, Tony Turrrieta, Chris Turrietta and Becky Gabaldon.
