Charles Rennie, 85, a resident of Albuquerque, born March 26, 1919, died June 15, 2004. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Mazarr; and son, Robert Mazarr. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Mazarr-Proo; and grandson, Carson Taylor Proo. He moved to Albuquerque in 1950 and opened a restaurant with his wife and parents. In 1967 he began a new career in real estate and home building. He had a passion for sales and baking, and loved to indulge people with his homemade, culinary delights. He was a diligent worker who enjoyed hunting and woodworking. His love of his dogs helped him through the many years without his wife, Nancy. He will be greatly missed by his daughter. A short Memorial Service will be held at Strong-Thorne Mortuary on Tuesday afternoon, June 22, 2004 at 5:30 p.m.
