James Cecil Higgins, Jr., born December 1, 1929 in Dallas, Texas, passed away Friday, June 16, 2004 in the morning after a long illness. He married Gwendolyn Hall in 1950. They were married 54 years. He was preceded in death by son, Michael Timothy Higgins. Survived by his wife, Gwen; daughter, Catherine Louise Robb and husband, Jeffery Robb; son, Roy Keith Higgins and James Cecil Higgins III; and brothers, Earl Higgins and Scott Higgins. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Animal Humane Society of New Mexico, 615 Virginia SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
