Micki Churchwell Daniels, 51, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 13, 2004. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. All who knew her were blessed by her joyful spirit and kindness. She is preceded in death by her father, William F. Churchwell in 1982. Micki is survived by her husband, Steve Daniels of Ashland City, TN; daughter, Kelly and husband, Bennie Britt of Fort Wainright, AK; and precious grandchildren, Courtney and Bennie Britt. Also surviving are her mother, Frances Churchwell of Albuquerque; and sisters, Paula and husband, Larry Carey of Edgewood, NM and Carol and husband, Jim Harbinson of Parker, CO; dearly loved nephews and their wives, Adam and Bonnie Brewer of Albuquerque and Nathan and Sarah Brewer of Corpus Christi, TX. Born in Boise, ID, she started school and lived much of her life in Albuquerque. She obtained her Bachelor of Bus. Admin. from Wayland Baptist University. Micki enjoyed working with the Baptist Foundation of NM beginning in 1989. She was a loving caregiver to seniors and coordinated national tours for many Friends of the Foundation. She retired as Trust and Estates Admin. in 2001. She was a member of Sandia Baptist Church and enjoyed singing God's praise. A Memorial Service will be held at Sandia Baptist Church, 9429 Constitution Avenue on Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. We will miss her warm smile and sense of humor, and her love for all her family and friends.
