June P. Walls, age 78, a resident of Albuquerque since 1978, died on Saturday, May 15, 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Barton and husband, Cary, of Albuquerque; two sons, Glenn Wood, Gary Wood and wife, Susan, of Texas; two brothers, Geoffrey Parr and Bryan Parr, of England; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and a very dear friend, Louise Christopherson. June was a British war bride and came to the USA in 1947. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 1500 Chelwood Blvd. NE.
