| Richard S. Helmer, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 due to complications of diabetes. He was 91 years of age. Surviving are his wife, Gertrude of Albuquerque; daughter, Peggy Forste of Golden City, MO, Delayne Lange of St. Louis, MO, and son Richard Helmer Jr. of St. Martin Island; ten grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. No services are planned. Cremation at Fitzgeral Mortuary. | |
