Obituary for LOVATO

Mr. Frank A. Lovato, age 70, a resident of Denver, Colorado passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 9, 2004 in Albuquerque. Mr. Lovato was born in 1934 in Cuba, New Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose M. Lovato and Emilia L. Trujillo. Mr. Lovato is survived by his wife of 45 years, Veronica (Betty) Mora Lovato; special God Daughter, Anita Mora-Chavez and husband, Ken of Denver; brother, Maurice Lovato of Albuquerque; and four sisters, Gregorita L. Trujillo of Bernalillo, Bertha L. Montoya and husband, John of Cuba, NM, Antonia "Toni" L. Sanchez of Albuquerque, and Emily L. Garcia of Albuquerque. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law and numerous nephews and nieces. A Rosary for Mr. Lovato will be recited on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. with military honors by the DAV Chapter 3. Pallbearers will be Gary Aragon, Maurice Lovato, Andy Barela, Ben P. Tafoya, Lawrence Tafoya, Benny Trujillo and Leroy Montoya. Honorary pallbearers will be all of his nieces and nephews.
