William "Willie" Campos, age 53, went home to be with the Lord May 9, 2004 after a long illness. He was born June 18,1950 in El Carmen, NM (Mora County). Willie is survived by his parents, Ignacio and Nora Campo; sisters, Pauline and husband, Arthur Duran, Erma and husband, David McDonald; and brother, Benny and wife, Samantha Campos. He had 11 nieces; and 11 nephews; many relatives and friends. Our beloved Willie will be greatly missed. Willie served his country in the Navy for 12 years from 1968 to 1980. A rosary/ viewing will be held Thursday, May 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Direct Cremation and Burial Service, 2919 4th St., NW. Interment will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors at 3:00 p.m.
