Obituary for KRAMM

Gloria H. Kramm was born in Emporia, KS on September 29, 1927. She died May 4, 2004 at her home in Cedar Crest, NM. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Morgan L Kramm; her sons, Morgan L Kramm II and wife Patrice, Michael Leslie Kramm, Martin Leo Kramm and wife Christie, and Marshall Lee Kramm and wife Tracey. She had seven grand children and one great grand child. She graduated in 1946 from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. For a short time she was a model in New York City. She and Morgan were married April 18, 1947 in Topeka, Kansas where Gloria worked at the Menninger Foundation. They lived in Emporia, Kansas while Morgan went to college and then moved to Seattle for graduate school. She moved to Albuquerque in 1954 with her husband and sons and has lived in her present home in Cedar Crest since 1971. She was a life long lover of all animals; a renowned breeder of German Shepherd dogs; and a supporter of many associations protecting animals. She was an accomplished card player who attained the level of Life Master in bridge. She was an avid gardener whose flower gardens, especially iris, always brightened every home her family lived in. Gloria and her family request that donations be made to New Mexico Animal Humane Society or the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. She will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew her. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 2:00 pm at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, NM.
