Obituary for GRIEGO

Annemarie Griego died Thursday, April 29, 2004 at the age of 61. Annemarie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and came to New Mexico to teach at he Zuni Indian Reservation. She was previously known as Anne Beck. She later moved to Albuquerque to become the Head Start Program Director. Annemarie went on to work at Sandia National Labs for 21 years, where she was currently the Director of Security Education. Mrs. Griego is survived by her mother, Eva Davis; husband, Alex Griego; sons, Alex Alfred Griego and wife, Kari, and Alex Adrian Griego and wife, Jean; daughter, Alexandrea Jaramillo and husband, Eric; sister, Janet Davis; and grandchildren, Krystle, Adrian, Christian, Airies, Amadeo and Hunter. A Rosary for Mrs. Griego will be recited on Sunday and Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Alex Alfred Griego, Alex Adrian Griego, Alexandrea Jaramillo, Kari Griego, Jean Griego and Eric Jaramillo. Arrangements by: Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 Third St. SW. 247-4124
