Eileen C. Lopez passed away in Albuquerque the 24th Day of April 2004. She was a longtime resident of Albuquerque and retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield after 27 years. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents Alberto and Sophia Rodriguez and a special nephew Donald Rodriguez. Eileen is survived by her husband Jose Lopez; son Ray Lopez; sister Dorothy Chavez; two brothers, Charlie and Bob Rodriguez and numerous nephews, nieces, other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas and Tennessee NE on Thursday, April 29, 2004. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. and a Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Private family burial will take place later at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
