Mr. Robert A. Simpson Sr., 83, born in Chicago, Illinois and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on April 5, 2004. Mr. Simpson is the beloved husband of 54 years to Mrs. Audrey Simpson. Mr. Simpson is also survived by one daughter, Gloria Stewart and husband, Ed; two sons, Robert A. Simpson Jr. and wife, Vicky and Scott Simpson; three grandsons, Jesslee, Jim and Cort; two granddaughters, Makayla and Morgan. Mr. Simpson was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War I I and was the owner of the Simpson and Son Piano Company since the 1940's, which built pianos locally. A visitation for Mr. Simpson will be Saturday afternoon in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Monday Morning.
