Obituary for SANCHEZ

Mrs. Adelina Sanchez, 91, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on April 3, 2004. Mrs. Sanchez is survived by three daughters, Gloria Mitchell, Carmen Chavez and husband, Joe, and Shirley Boettger; three sisters, Atanacia Tapia, Felia Lucero, and Rosie Duran; one brother, Joe Duran and wife, Rebecca; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Sanchez was preceded in death by her husband Antonio Sanchez; four sons, Felix, Fito, Alfie, and Johnny; two daughters, Gloria and Elysia; and two sons-in-law, Bill Mitchell, and Walter Boettger. Mrs. Sanchez was a member of the Catholic church and a member of the Legion of Mary. A visitation for Mrs. Sanchez will be Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon J.O. Luna. Final visitation will be Wednesday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande by Father Prieto. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ken Mitchell, Jerry Mitchell, Jeff Mitchell, Rudy Sanchez, Jason Boettger, and Lee Romero. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Sanchez, Gerald Mitchell, and Joe Chavez. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW 243-7861
