Joseph G. "Sparky" Lucero, was born February 28, 1927, and died March 27, 2004. Joseph is survived by sons, Gabriel, John, Mike and their families; daughter, Marilyn Drobenaire and her husband Justin; grandsons, Jasper and Hunter; brother, Frank; sister, Mary; and longtime companion, Sally Jaramillo. Cremation has taken place. Joe "Sparky" was a lifetime member of the DAV, Chapter 3, and the VFW, Post 6216, where a tribute to his life was held on Monday, March 29, 2004.
