Felix "Phil" Hendren, 91, died Thursday, April 1, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Julie Hendren of Albuquerque; children, Lonn Hendren and wife, Jacqui of Hayward, CA; Lucille Hendren Fort of Albuquerque; David Hendren and wife, Flora Marie of Albuquerque; Evangeline Hendren of Albuquerque; Sylvia Cannon and husband, Joe of Colorado Springs, CO; Carl Hendren and wife, Helen of Albuquerque; Kenneth Hendren of Albuquerque; Martin Hendren and wife, Diane of Garland, TX; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Alarcon and husband, Orlando. Phil is retired from Sandia National Laboratories. He attended Calvary Chapel. Phil was a beloved husband, father, Big Dad and brother. Services will be held Saturday, 3:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Albuquerque Rescue Mission, Inc., P.O.
