Lloyd "Roy" Parker, 64, died Tuesday, February 17, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Bobbi Parker of Albuquerque; son, Dwight Parker and wife, Starla of Amarillo, TX; daughter, Debra Parker of Minnesota; step-sons, Robert Halvorsen of Kentucky, and Tom Sifford and wife, Kim of University Place, WA; step-daughters, Lisa Sifford of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Michele Rhone and husband, Reggie of Bertrand, NE and Sherri Campbell and husband, Robbie of Talcott, WV; adoptive daughter, Ingrid "Nikkii" Smedley and husband, Brian of Sidney, OH; two grandsons, Christopher and Tyler; step-grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Emily, Ashlee, Jennifer, Zachary, Bert, Angelica, Michael, Marissa, Dustin, Bradley, Eric Savanah, Michael, Cody; brother, Ray Parker and wife, Stella of Garfield, KS; sisters, Doris Redinger and husband, Darwin of Hutchinson, KS, Delores Maxson of Bullhead City, AZ, and Talma Miller and husband, Elmer of Great Bend, KS. Roy retired from Halliburton 10 years ago where he was a drill-stem tester, he also retired from the Golden Nugget in Laughlin in 1998. He was in the US Air Force Band while serving in the Air Force, 1961 to 1969. Services will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel with Rev. Clyde Stanfield officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM, with military honors. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Friday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Roy Parker's name to the American Lung Association, 216 Truman NE, 87108.
