Manuel Goodman, 96, a resident of Albuquerque since 1935, died Saturday, February 14, 2004. He is survived by his son, Norman Maisel and wife, Linda Lee of Quemado, NM; grandson, Lee Maisel and wife, Marie of Albuquerque; granddaughter, Karen Maisel, USAF of Colorado Springs, CO; great-grandson, Shea Maisel; sister, Ruth J. Smith of Rancho Mirage, CA; nieces Elizabeth Heymann and husband, Robert Reaves of Port Angeles, WA and Lorraine Klassen and husband, Len of Surey, British Columbia, Canada; and numerous great nieces and great nephews. The family wishes to give a very special thanks to Manny's caregivers who spent endless hours by his side, Dana Frickey and Mary Ruiz. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Thursday, February 19, 2004, 5:00 p.m., at Jewish Community Center, 5520 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
