Charles Ronald "Chuck" Owen, 55, a resident of Albuquerque since 1984, died Monday, February 9, 2004. He is survived by his sister, Carol Swearingen; nephews, Kent, Keith, Kris and Kurt Swearingen; and special dogs, Brewster and Rocky. He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Geby Grunau Owen, January 15, 2004. Chuck was born February 17, 1948 in Columbus, OH. He was an integral part of "The Ohio State Alumni Club" for over 25 years. Chuck was known to always be there whenever a friend or family member was in need. He was a caring and loving man and never met a "stranger". He had an avid interest in all sports, but particularly NASCAR, College Football, and Foozeball.
