David Floyd (Dave) Siegling, 80, died February 3, 2004 after a long illness. Dave was born in Las Vegas, NM in 1923 to Ludwig and Virginia Siegling. Dave is survived by his children, Jim Siegling, Mike Siegling and wife, JoLynn, and Peggy Dillingham and husband, Larry, all of Albuquerque; brother, Jimmy Siegling and wife, Olga of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Dave served in the U.S. Army in Europe during World War II and was a life member of V.F.W. Post 401 and the D.A.V., Chapter III. Memorial Services with full military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2004 at Santa Fe National Cemetery. A Reception will follow in Albuquerque at VFW, Post 401, 2011 Girard Blvd SE. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to V.F.W. Post 401 or D.A.V.
