Manuel G. Griego, age 40, beloved son, father, brother, and grandson, was called home by our Heavenly Father, Monday, February 9, 2004. Manuel was a life long resident of Albuquerque. He is survived by his loving parents Gabino Griego and Gertrude Griego both of Albuquerque; his precious daughters, Sylvia and Felicia Griego of Chicago; his brothers, Ernest, Fernando and Phillip Griego all of Albuquerque; his paternal grandmother, Agapita Tafoya; and Fianc, Tracy Ray; other beloved relatives and a host of friends. Manuel will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those who knew and loved him. Manuel will lie in state Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at St. Therese Church, 300 Mildred Ave., NW; where a rosary will be recited at 1:15 p.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Andrew Cordova, Jerry Chavez, Eugene Chavez, Paul Otero, Eddie Jaramillo and D.J. Lopez. Funeral services are entrusted to: Alameda Mortuary 9420 4th Street NW 898-3160
