Helen L. Quintana, 79, passed away on February 2, 2004. She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Aggie Stines and husband, Pete, Tima Martinez and husband, Jimmy, Monica Ortega and husband, Chris, Theresa Bautista and husband, Conrad, and Martha Barela; son, Gregory Quintana Sr.; and numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; brother, Tony Roybal and wife, Maryann from Oklahoma. Mr. and Mrs. Isabel and Phil Sandoval from Colorado, Gertrude Romero of Albuquerque, and Jane Montoya of California. A viewing will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at St. Edwins Catholic Church. A Rosary will follow at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Barcelona SW. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM. She will be buried with her husband. Pallbearers will be Tony Jr., Johnathan Stines, Robert Ortega, Chris Ortega Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Romero, and Gilbert Quintana Jr. Helen was the most gentle, caring mother and grandmother you can ever have. She was loved by everyone that knew her and she is going to be missed greatly.
