Ruby C. Webster, 92, born Sunday, December 10, 1911 in Butlerville, Indiana, spent her childhood in North Carolina, many years in Aurora, Illinois, and a resident of Albuquerque since 1953, had a change of address on Saturday, January 17, 2004.
