Vincenza Mangano, a resident of the Albuquerque area for the past 23 years, died Friday, January 9, 2004. Vincenza moved here from Long Island, New York. The loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Gaetano Mangano in 1999. Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, January 13, 2004 starting at 2:00 PM with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Rio Rancho followed by interment in Vista Verde Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Newell Ramsey, Greg Sanchez, Harry Antenucci, Jason Vlasovetz, Gaetano Mangano, and Josephine Andenucci. Honorary Pallbearers are David Vlasovetz, Leonard Mangano, and Anthony Mengano. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 525 San Pedro Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
