Ellen Gill Belka, 90, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on Friday, January 2, 2004. She is survived by her daughters, Sheila B. Robinson and husband, Dr. C.Curtis Robinson of Denver and Lynne B. Bicknell and husband, Wally McCall of Albuquerque; grandchildren, C. Curtis Robinson III, Robyn Robinson and fianc Daryl L. Joseffer, Patrick F. Bicknell and Timothy C. Bicknell. Grandma Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Belka. Ellen was born April 23, 1913 in Tobias, NE. She was a supportive wife to her husband, who for many years was Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Albuquerque. Mrs. Belka was a loving mother and a very devoted grandmother. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at St. John's Cathedral, 318 Silver SW. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association of New Mexico, 8100 Mountain Rd. NE, Ste. 102, 87110.
