Dorothy Mary "Dot" Huchko, 84, a resident of Albuquerque since 1997 died Thursday, January 1, 2004. She is survived by her husband John Huchko of Albuquerque; daughter, Mary Ann Cook of Albuquerque; two sons, John Huchko and wife Linnea of Jacksonville, FL, and Gary Huchko and wife Pat of Pembroke, MA; grandchildren, John, Jennifer, Megan, Jason, Greg, Kym; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Alexis, Abigail, and Logan. Dorothy was a very loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She shared nearly 60 years with her husband John and worked as an RN for many years in Pittsburg and Chicago. She was a member of Eastern Star San Marcial #34 in Albuquerque. Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 5, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at French Mortuary - Wyoming Blvd. Chapel with Pastor Terry Anderson officiating. Cremation will follow services Friends may visit French Mortuary on Sunday, January 4, 2004 from 3-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Stroke Foundation, 8700 Lamar, Overland Park, KS 66207.
