Obituary for DUPREY

Paul Duprey, 76, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2003. Survivors include two daughters, Donna J. Gutierrez and husband, Robert of Albuquerque and Linda J. Perea and husband, Thomas of Bernalillo, NM; son, Robert A. Duprey and wife, Robin of Farmington, NM; three sisters, Bernice Pecor of Burlington, VT, Helen Duprey of Chicopee, MA and Gloria Beaudry of Clermont, FL; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by son, Timothy P. Duprey. Paul was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. He was hardworking, honest and completely devoted to his children. He was always a caring and concerned father to his two girls. He enjoyed the warm and sunny weather in Florida, which was conducive to some of his favorite pastimes, which included fishing, golfing, watching wrestling, and telling jokes. He loved to watch movies and always knew dialogue. Paul has always had a special affection and place in his heart for Elizabeth Ankeney. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary, with Thomas Perea officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements are under direction of: Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave. 842-8800
