Ralph E., 76, retired State of Kansas Department of Health and Environment geologist, Via Christi RMC St. Joseph Campus volunter, died Friday, December 26, 2003. Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Monday with service at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, both at All Saints Catholic Church. Preceded in death by wife, Rita. He is survived by son, Matt O'Connor (Priscilla) of Great Bend, KS; daughters, Adele Dunn (Craig) of Larned, KS and Annette O'Connor of Albuquerque, NM; and brother, Howard O'Connor of Lawrence, KS.
