J. Eloy "Herby" Encinias died peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 in Albuquerque at the age of 84. Mr. Encinias is preceded in death by two sons, Michael Encinias and Anthony Encinias. He is survived by his wife, Concepcion "Concha" G. Encinias; 3 sons, Phillip Encinias, Matthew Encinias and Jeffery Encinias and wife, Brenda; 5 daughters, Catherine Felson and husband, Adam, Theresa Encinias, Barbara Encinias, Annette Chavez and husband, Frank, and Elizabeth Encinias; 2 brothers, Ben Rivera and wife, Frida, and Jose Rivera; 3 sisters, Gregoria Montoya, Ann Estrada and Toni Rivera; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
