Obituary for MURRELL

Otto James Murrell, 84, of Cerro passed away on November 11, 2003. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theater. He retired as a construction foreman and currently owned O.J. Murrell Guns in Cerro. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie Murrell; sisters, Pamela Bagwell and Ella M. Combs. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Irene Murrell; children, Donald Alan Murrell (Patricia) of Colchester, Vermont and Michael Steven Murrell (Rhonda) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by his sister, Esta M. Adams of Hazard, Kentucky; grandchildren, Scott D. Murrell, Amber L. Murrell, Nicole I. R. Murrell, Jamie R. Murrell, David Love, Judith Word, Scott Marks, Richard Marks and Adam Kohn; great-grandchildren, Kasey Word, Stephanie, Stephen, Samantha Marks; nieces, Charisse Marie Cody (Michael) and Valera A. Jessee (Fil); nephew, Sid Stephen Adams (Dina); grand-niece, Margaret Elizabeth Cody; and grand-nephew, Daniel Jessee. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Questa with interment to follow at Cerro Cemetery.
