Ronald M. Baird, 71, a resident of Albuquerque for 39 years, passed away Monday, November 10, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Mary E. Baird; daughter, Christele Baird, both of Albuquerque; son, Timothy Baird; grandson, Austin R. Baird, both of Edgewood; and sister, Onalee Andrews and husband, Leon of Georgetown, TN. Mr. Baird was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in the Korean War. He was the founder of Baird Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors in 1978. He was a member of U.A. Local 412 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. He was also an avid golfer and artist. Ronald was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed, he will always be loved and live in our hearts forever. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 14, 2003, at 11:00 a.m., at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
