David Millington, 69, passed away Monday, November 3, 2003 of heart failure following a battle with cancer and lung damage. A lifelong "shade tree' mechanic, David was owner of D & S Services on 4th Street for 15 years and before that of NM Word Processing Company, marketing and servicing NBI Word Processing systems. In Los Angeles, California, he worked as a Customer Engineer for IBM Corporation transferring to Albuquerque in 1971. He served as a powerman in Korea. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sue; son, Larry Millington; daughters, Cherie Basler of Lakewood, CA and Tracey Dotts of Broken Arrow, OK; and five grandchildren. Memorial service will be held Friday, November 7, 2003, 2:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Hillcrest Funeral Home 225 San Mateo NE 265-5959
