Lillian Louise McCutcheon, age 88, of Las Cruces and formerly of Albuquerque entered eternal life Sunday November 2, 2003 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 23, 1915 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and had lived in Las Cruces for the past ten years. Survivors include her loving husband of 66 years, James H. McCutcheon of the family home; two daughters, Loye Hardee and husband Harry of Las Cruces and Margie Crump and husband, Rick of Houston, Texas. Other survivors include five grandchildren, Dr. James Hardee (Pam) of Denver, Colorado, Suzanne Halvorson (Tom) of Tucson, Arizona, Nicole Gabel (Brandon) of Santa Fe, Richelle Birdsall (Gabe) of Houston, Texas and Andrea Streight (Zach) of Los Angeles, California, as well as three great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Aaron Hardee and Ethan Birdsall. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Edgel. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Baca's Funeral Chapels and Baca's Mimbres Crematory, Las Cruces.
