Daniel "Danny" Lucero, 41, a lifelong resident of Bernalillo, passed away November 1, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Brigette of Bernalillo; son, Joe Angel Lucero; daughters, Danielle M. Lucero and Destiny Y. Lucero; stepson, Gabriel Sanchez; stepdaughter, Theresa Sanchez; mother, Nettie Griego of Bernalillo; sisters, Donna Lucero and Yolanda Lucero, both of Bernalillo; brother, Matt Armenta of Tijeras; grandmother, Felipita Lucero of Bernalillo; grandchildren, Eugene Lucero and Octavia Lucero; nephews, Paul Lopez, Tommy Lucero and Matthew Armenta; nieces, Adriana Lopez, Melissa Lucero and Tammy Lucero; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will dearly miss him. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, November 5, 2003, 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo. Mass of the Resurrection will be Thursday, November 6, 2003, 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows. Pallbearers are Tommy Lucero, Paul Lopez, Lonnie Chavez, Ronnie Chavez, Bobby Gutierrez, Jimmy Gutierrez and Sammy Wiggins. Honorary pallbearers are Matthew Armenta, Chris Howsmon, Joey O'Hara, Steven Dominguez, Jr. Wiggins, Rudy Jaramillo, Dino Chavez, Pete Garcia, Ray Chavez and Tony Crespin.
