Roy Safford, 65, passed away, October 18, 2003. He retired from the US. Navy in 1977 and worked as a Financial Specialist for the New Mexico Community Corrections, retiring in 2002. Roy was preceded in death by his wife Helen Safford and is survived by his children Lisa Rivas, Jeff Safford, Eric Safford, Brenda Montoya, numerous grandchildren, and other family members and friends who loved and will miss him.
