Jerry W. Rutherford, 50, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2003 in Albuquerque. He is survived by his wife Theresa of 32 years; daughters, Felicia Henderson and Amanda Rutherford, and their spouses, David Henderson and Tony Gonzales; grandchildren, Joshua Sanchez (11), Nicholas Henderson (4), and Maria Elena Rutherford-Gonzales (3); mother, Lynn Haney; sister, Patricia Sliwinski. Jerry worked for the City of Albuquerque at Suntran for 11 years. A Memorial Service will be held at Victory Love Fellowship Church, 7201 Central NW, on Wednesday, October 22, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Never had we imagined living without your smile. Feeling and knowing you hear us, it keeps us alive. Dad, you know we love you and assumed you'd always be there. We took your presence for granted, but we always cared, and we miss the love we shared. Although the sun will shine the same we'll always look to a brighter day. Lord we know when we lay down to sleep You will listen as we pray. We know you are shining down on us from heaven, like so many loved ones we've lost along the way.
