Mr. Pete Paquin, 86, a resident of New Laguna, New Mexico passed away on October 7, 2003. Mr. Paquin is the beloved husband of 66 years to Mrs. Myrtle Paquin. Mr. Paquin is also survived by four daughters, Wilma Brudos and husband, Jim, Roberta Paquin, Bernice Gutierrez and husband, Evaristo and Lynette Paquin; three sons, Sherman Paquin and wife Isabel, Glenn Paquin and wife Opal, Leonard Paquin and wife Geraldine; two adopted daughters, Winona Riley and husband Dominic and Colleen Paquin, four sisters, Mary Jane, Clarice, Gloria and Cherly; two brothers, Norman and Charlie; 26 grandchildren; 63 great- grandchildren; six great-great- grandchildren; and many other extended family and friends. A Prayer Service will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the family home in New Laguna. The familly will be receiving family and friends at the family home after 5:00 p.m. A final visitation will be Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Gospel Chapel in Casa Blanca, New Mexico with a Funeral Service to be held at 10:00 a.m. by Pastor Larry Garcia. Interment will follow at the Casa Blanca Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Allen Bruce Paquin, Arthur Paquin, Valentino Paquin, Roman Marquez, Francisco Barraza, Lee Allen Paquin, Cody Blake and Adam Edwards.
