Virginia C. Walker, a resident of Albuquerque since l956 passed away October 6, 2003 at the age of 93. She was born on August. 18, 1910 in Des Moines, Iowa. Her family moved to Hurley, N M in 1916. She was married to Marshall E. Walker in 1932. She raised four children, twin daughters, Sandra and Karen; twin sons, Brian and Lance. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1982; and son, Brian on June 16, 2003. She is survived by her three children, Karen Wilder and husband, Don, Sandra Rockwell and husband, Phil; and son, Lance Walker and wife, Sandra, all of Albuquerque. She is also survived by two sisters, Marjorie Blackman of Hurley, NM and Jean McCord of Lakewood, CA; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was our treasure and dearly loved. Memorial Services will be held at the Carlisle Plaza Methodist Church on Friday, October 10, 2003 at 11:00 a.m.
