Obituary for SANDOVAL

Jerry Fidel Sandoval, 27, a life long resident, born August 21, 1976, went home to Jesus on Saturday, October 4, 2003. He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Rosemarie Sandoval; his wife, Vanessa Sandoval; his daughter, Alyssa Sandoval; his sister, Heather Salazar and husband, Sam; his brother, Michael Sandoval; his Goddaughter, and niece, Brandi Salazar; nephew, Joshua Salazar; his maternal grandmother, Rebecca Anaya; his paternal grandparents, Edward Sandoval and Jennie Sandoval; and many family and friends who love him and will miss him dearly. Jerry was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved to play football. He played on the NM amateur football league and a city flag football league. Pallbearers will be Albert Duran, Daniel Reaves, Aric Deguero, Ronnie Huizar, Chris Harvey, Gabriel Tapia. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Los Vatos City flag football team. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Church. Funeral Services will be held Friday at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
