Obituary for NALDA

John Cullier "Cully" Nalda, 43, a resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, October 4, 2003, after a prolonged battle with multiple sclerosis. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Nalda of Albuquerque; father, John Nalda of Albuquerque; brother Scott Nalda and wife, Eileen of Prescott, AZ; niece, Isabella Nalda of Prescott, AZ; uncle, Charles Gentry and wife, Gerry of Castleton, VA; aunt, Helen Elliott of Roswell, NM; aunt, Judy Nalda of Ft. Stanton, NM; and several cousins and many friends. He was born in Roswell, New Mexico, and graduated from high school in Corona, New Mexico. Cully attended New Mexico State from which he graduated in 1983 with a BBA in Finance. He returned to the family ranch in Corona where he resided until moving to Albuquerque. Prior to becoming disabled, Cully enjoyed his passion for riding motorcycles, running, and spending as much time as possible on the ranch where he grew up. He will long be remembered for the fact that through his long illness, he never lost his sense of humor, nor his sense of good cheer. He was a beloved son, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Services will be at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE on Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at Ten o'clock a.m. Burial will follow at Southpark Cemetery in Roswell, NM.
