Harry Clinton Hervey, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, September 26, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Leah O. Hervey; daughters, Diane Herrold and husband, Jon of Harrisburg, PA, Trudy Merriman and husband, David of Albuquerque, Charlotte Jeanne Romig and husband, William of North Pole, AK and Susan Kauffman of West Palm Beach FL; son, Guy Kauffman of Albuquerque, NM; and several grandchildren including grandson, Joshua Merriman of Albuquerque. Mr. Hervey served in the Normany Campaign during WWII. He settled in Harrisburg, PA after the war until 1960. Mr. Hervey operated and owned a machinist and welding shop. He was a member of the RLDS Church. Mr. Hervey was a life member of the VFW, DAV, and American Legion. Graveside services with honors will be held Thursday, October 2, 2003, 1:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
