Steven J. Zachewicz born September 10, 1952 to the late Edmund and Leda Zachewicz passed away unexpectedly at his home in Fontana, CA on May 27, 2003. A 1970 graduate of Albuquerque High School, Steve served his country in the U.S. Army. He was employed by Verizon Communications for the past 25 years. Beloved father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He is survived by daughter, Yaling Santiago; son, Steven J. Zachewicz; grandchildren, Michael Gonzales and Katherene Santiago all of Fontana, CA; sister, Nancy Littrell and husband, Chuck of Norwalk, CA; niece, Michelle Gitzler; and nephews, Michael and Jeffrey Littrell. Services were held in Fontana, CA with burial at the Riverside National Cemetery.
