Obituary for STAAKE

Marjorie Staake, 78, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 13 years, and formerly of Los Alamos, NM, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2003. Marjorie was born January 30, 1925 the daughter of Jasper Harvey and Winifred Lauramore Ryals in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, enjoyed playing golf at Chamisa Hills Country Club, and enjoyed her afternoon get togethers with her friends. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Harold W. Staake. Marjorie is survived by two children, Bruce Staake of Albuqeruque, and Patricia Ulsh of Silver City, NM; five grandchildren, Kristin Cashman of Albuquerque, Jennifer Luck of Austin, TX, Judy McCreadie of Ft. Collins, CO, Benjamin Warren of Littlefield, TX, and Mark Staake of Albuquerque; and five great-grandchildren. The Service for Marjorie will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho with Pastor Si Budagher officiating. Interment will be on Monday, September 22, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the National Cemetery in Santa Fe. Honorary Pallbearers will be Benjamin Warren, Bill Cramer, Mark Staake, Doug Cramer, and John Kleim. Arrangements by: Vista Verde Mortuary Rio Rancho, New Mexico 892-9920
