Mr. Andres Salazar, 85, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on September 10, 2003. Mr. Salazar is the beloved husband of 61 years to Mrs. Ageda (Aggie) Salazar. Mr. Salazar is also survived by three daughters, Alicia Rose Baca and husband, Frank, Emma Ruth Serna and husband, Mike, Helen Mae Salazar; two sons, Placido (Sonny) Salazar and wife, Bobbi and Rudy Salazar; eight grandchildren, Emelia, Carlos, Xavier, Angelicia, Erlinda, Tina, Jesus and Justus; one great-grandson, Josiah; two sisters, Lucinda Gallegos and Vicenta Gallegos; two brothers, Alfonso Salazar, Ernesto Salazar and wife, Gladys; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Salazar was a member of the Catholic Church. A Visitation will be Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by the Sacred Heart League. A final Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. by the Franciscan Friars. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Carlos Baca, Jesus Salazar, Xavier Salazar, Emelia Garcia, Angelicia Salazar and Tina Baca.
